1. Be Mindful of Condensation
Wet areas are not safe when it comes to your electrical system! Make sure your electrical panel is dry and sealed properly.
2. Left in the Rust
Watch for rust or other signs of corrosions on the electrical parts. All rusty parts should be replaced.
3. No Smoking Allowed
Smoke, burn damage, or other signs of overheating are warnings. Make sure that your panel is at room temperature and doesn’t show the signs of the above.
4. Loose and Missing Parts
Any loose or missing parts that are noticed should be replaced and fixed immediately.
5. Improper Bonding
Any parts that look unstable or improperly bonded should be looked at to ensure everything is secure.
